Please use whichever form below is applicable to make an online booking. This form will not provide immediate confirmation of booking or availability. We will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours. However, for a more prompt response to availability please phone us on (07) 3374 1664.

Arrival Times

 Monday – Saturday:

Dogs: 8am – 11:45am only (We don’t accept dog arrivals in the afternoon)

Cats: 8am – 11:45am, 1pm – 3pm

** Please Note:  All dogs must arrive between 8am and 11.45am please as this gives them a chance to meet the Animal Attendants, have a play and feel comfortable and settled before the end of the day.

Closed Daily: We are closed every day between 12noon – 1pm!

Sundays – No Arrivals – We are closed for pets arriving on Sunday

Departure Times

 Monday – Saturday:

All pets: 8am – 12noon or 1pm – 4pm

Sundays:

All pets: Strictly 3pm – 4pm

Out of Hours   * Handling of pets outside working hours could incur a penalty fee.

Tuesday – Friday:

Open: 8am – 4pm

Weekends & Public Holidays:
