We offer a Pick Up and Delivery service to and from your home. The price varies from suburb to suburb so please call or email us for a quote.
Our friendly driver will collect your pet from your home between 6:30am – 8:30am and deliver back home after 3pm. All pick ups and deliveries are Monday to Saturday only.

How It Works
Book Your Transport
Call or email us to arrange pick up and get a quote for your suburb. Transport is available Monday to Saturday.
Confirmation Call
One of our staff will call you between 3pm – 5pm the day before your pet's pick up for a check in. If you don't hear from us by 5pm please call us to confirm.
We Collect Your Pet
Our friendly driver collects your pet from your home between 6:30am – 8:30am and brings them safely to The Pet Chalet.
We Deliver Them Home
When your pet's stay is complete we deliver them back to your door after 3pm. Full payment must be made prior to departure.
Important Notes
Pick Up Confirmation: One of our staff will call you between 3pm – 5pm the day before your pet's scheduled pick up. If you have not received a call by 5pm please contact us to confirm the arrangement is in place.
Payment Required Before Delivery: If you have arranged for us to deliver your pet home, full payment must be made prior to your pet's departure. We are unable to deliver any pet home that has not paid in full.
