Our Executive Suites offer the ultimate in luxury for your beloved pet. Each of our eleven individually themed suites is fitted with a full size bed or trampoline-style bed, individual air conditioning, and a flat screen television — for a true home away from home experience.
Daily care includes personalised room service for all our guests' needs and individual playtime with a pet-loving carer in our purpose-built exercise area.
Uniquely, our suites can be configured to accommodate cats, dogs, or both together — so if you have a cat and dog who are best friends at home, they can share their suite here too.

Themed Suites
Each of our eleven suites has its own unique theme — from The Boudoir to the Winnie the Pooh Suite and The Aquarium. Every stay is a unique experience.

Unique to The Pet Chalet — if your cat and dog are friends at home, they can share a suite together here too.

Vaccination Requirements
C5 vaccination for dogs and F3 for cats required within the last 12 months. Certificate must be shown on or before arrival.
Individual Playtime
Every Executive Suite guest receives individual one-on-one playtime with a dedicated carer in our purpose-built exercise area.
Please note: All pets must have a current vaccination certificate shown on or before arrival — C5 for dogs and F3 for cats within the last 12 months. A $200 deposit per pet is required to secure peak period bookings. Prices are per pet per day and include all food and bedding.
